Just the Facts is a service of Rootz Corp. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address — to deliver digests and a sign-in link.
• Your watchlist choices — the officials, topics, cadence, and the report instructions you write.
• Delivery + usage records — which digests were sent and when (so you can view past results).

How we use it

• To generate and email your digests at the cadence you choose.
• To let you manage your watchlists via a one-click sign-in link.
• We may compute aggregate, de-identified trends (e.g. most-watched offices/topics). We do not sell or share your individual email or watchlist with third parties.

Email

Every email includes an unsubscribe option; you can also reply to manage or remove a watchlist. We use double opt-in — digests start only after you confirm.

Data sources

Digest content is drawn from public records (Congress.gov, Senate/House clerks, FEC, campaign sites) and is origin-proofed. We do not make up facts.

Retention & contact

You can delete any watchlist at any time. Email discover@rootz.global for data requests.
